What's right and what's wrong?

Hey, 

Something happened today that made me so angry today. I felt so bad but I guess I was not brave enough to speak and now that guilty of not speaking up is poking me bad.

So what happened is that a news broke out that in KIIT collage a girl committed suicide because of harassment of her boyfriend, so few of my friend were having discussion over this topic that how bad is the condition of justice nowadays and how poor the management of court is. Everything was correct but all of a sudden topic was INDIA... that how bad this country is how poor things are how everything is corrupted which was somewhat correct then one of my friend said ,"All this happens and they say India is great" in continuation to this my other friend said ,"I can never say that India is great like never".....

Here I saw the change of prospective...how easily people forget the scarifies of those shoulders and diminish there martyrdom... people forgot that this is the country that gave them home, a school to study, a place to grow... how can all the incident and bad things end to in conclusion that India is not great.

I think my country is great, it has given brilliant minds, brave solders, excellent champions, and above all this it has given me shelter, I grew up here I ate the food grown in this very land I love my country... Problem are the people, illiteracy, no fear of constitution, corruption but above all that how can people say anything bad about my nation.... 

My thinking is that these people who are disgusted by India, what have they actually done in reality to make it better, in what way have they contributed to improve any of the conditions. Finding a dustbin to throw a piece of paper is difficult for people and they just stand up and abuse my motherland....What is this mentality... If you are contributing in some way maybe be even giving vote then its your right to complain but these people don't want to take the pain to vote then sit on coffee table and talk how poor the place they are born is......I don't understand this mentality.
